1. Chocolate Fest – Saturday before Valentine's Day

If you’ve got a sweet tooth, you cannot miss the chocolate creations made in-house at French Lick Resort for Chocolate Fest! Along with live entertainment, there are new, tasty creations every year, and you can even learn how to do them at home with cooking shows and demonstrations.

      2. Orleans Dogwood Festival – Last full week in April

 Orleans Dogwood Festival celebrates Cornus, or the beautifully-blossomed Dogwood plant, in Indiana’s Dogwood Capital, and is a perfect spring event. At the festival, enjoy plenty of events, food, carnival rides & games, music, viewing of gorgeous dogwoods, and more! The whole family will enjoy the parade on Saturday – and did we mention it’s free to attend?

Taking a place in the Nation's 10 Most Loved Farmer's Markets, Orange County HomeGrown creates a sense of community for locals and visitors alike. It has unique crafts and locally grown produce as well as more specialized offerings such as Amish goods and yoga classes. Additionally, there are music jam sessions and creative works of art at this Farmer’s Market that takes place on Saturdays in late Spring to late Autumn.

A free event celebrating town and community, PaoliFest features local and nationally touring musicians, visual art, films made by local youth, food and craft vendors, workshops, jam sessions and children's entertainment. The Festival grounds are a renovated 1910 factory, and with such a lengthy list of experiences, you’re sure to have fun.



 6. Block Bash – 3rd Weekend of September

You won’t experience something like Block Bash anywhere besides French Lick – West Baden in late September. You’ll get to watch some of the top chainsaw carvers as they sculpt wood before your eyes. 50 Days of Lights in French Lick – West Baden features all things jolly during the holiday season. It begins with two grand tree lighting ceremonies with Thanksgiving feasts and Christmas cheer spread throughout - spread by carolers and choirs.

There are tons of family-friendly activities, such as the 12 Days of Christmas Holiday Hunt and KidsFest Premium Crafts.  10. New Year’s Eve – December 31st

Have you been looking for the perfect New Year’s Eve party ? (Sold out for 2018) Look no further than French Lick – West Baden. French Lick Springs Hotel hosts a black-tie affair, featuring a gala dinner with hors d’oeuvres and cocktails, then a sit-down dinner for two, and a party with live music.
