Wilstem Wildlife Park is nestled in the rolling hills of Southern Indiana. They provide a serene setting and a very unique experience with their 3,600-square-foot loft…it is the perfect space for your special event, whether it be a birthday party or wedding! The loft features a 384-square-foot dance floor, 160-square-foot raised stage, a kitchen area, restrooms, and it seats 250 people! Wilstem Wildlife Park offers catering and entertainment services to those who are interested. The rustic feel of the loft is the perfect setting for those that want to be away from the hustle and bustle of city life. They also offer various unique encounters, like VIP Elephant Encounters, Giraffe Encounters, Educational Grizzly Encounters, and more. Wilstem sits on 1,100 acres…with cabin rentals available. If you would prefer an outdoor setting for your celebration, an outdoor tent and grounds rental are available. The canopy of trees provides the perfect setting for any outdoor event!
The Legend of French Lick gives a secluded venue setting, with indoor and outdoor options available. The estate was formerly owned by local hometown basketball legend Larry Bird. The on-site boutique hotel sleeps up to 20 guests, but the estate itself is set on 20 beautiful acres. The Abbeydell Hall is an indoor event center, which doubles as an indoor venue option that is available for use and seats up to 355 guests. A list of preferred vendors can be shared with those interested in catering services. Abbeydell Hall has undergone extensive renovations and is up-to-date with plenty of modern amenities. Located on the estate are a swimming pool, tennis courts, gazebo, and an iconic basketball court. If you’re looking to provide entertainment to your guests…Abbeydell Hall is home to a variety of dinner shows - all family-friendly!
Patoka Lake Winery and Event Center is the definition of rustic elegance. With the open vendor policy, your event or wedding is completely customizable with no extra cost for using an outside caterer or florist! The event space is attached to the Patoka Lake Winery, which offers a wide selection of wines and wine slushies, as well as lodging. Luxury Winery Suites and unique Silo Suites are available to rent...be sure to enjoy the Jacuzzi!
The Event Center capacity is 225 guests and is as unique as each celebration held at the venue. The newly built facility is the perfect setting for weddings and celebrations with friends and families. As a special added bonus, the event coordinator will check in with you on the day of your event to help you with any questions or emergencies that may arise. Tables and chairs are provided and can be set up to your liking for your event!
Patoka Lake Marina’s Overlook Deck & Meeting Room includes optional overnight lodging, which is complete with a full kitchen, chairs and tables for guests, and a seating capacity of 75. All you will need for your celebration is friends, family, decor, and refreshments! This is a one-of-a-kind venue with the perfect backdrop of Patoka Lake’s natural beauty...this setting does not require much effort. With such a unique and beautiful place to hold your celebration, it will be a day that will not be soon forgotten. To ease you through your special day, an event coordinator will be there to help you with questions or concerns. This venue also has an open vendor policy allowing outside caterers and florists with no extra charge to you!
